‘Butterfly’ earned 1 crore in one day. According to the January 1st box office calculations, only on this special day, Dev, Mithun’s movie earned Rs 1 crore. In the history of Bengali cinema, Atimari Uttar Parva is undoubtedly a benchmark.
‘Butterfly’ was released on December 23. Audiences are thronging cinema halls to watch Dev Mithun’s pair. Like almost all the previous films, this film of Dev is also bringing Lakshmi home from day one. Especially the success achieved by Prajapati on the first day of 2023 is practically unprecedented.
Apart from Dev-Mithun, the film also stars Mamata Shankar, Kaninika Bandyopadhyay, Ambarish Bhattacharya, Shweta Bhattacharya, Kaushani Mukhopadhyay.
